Milestone Sensible Help

The current field-level help document mechanism embedded in the view skin for PleiadesEntity is cobbled together and too fragile. The location-based mechanism for linkage is cumbersome, doesn't handle mod-rewrite well, can't deal with class inheritance and requires fiddly titling which is too much of a burden on users. We need to do something better.
