Description

Use a Python script to create the /places/[time]/[type] and /places/[type]/[time] hierarchy.

By "finish", I mean that the script should draw on our vocabularies for criteria instead of unique index values.

Done in r704. the makeSmartFolders script adds smart folder indexes as well.
