Creating New Entities: Names, Locations, and Places

There are four ways that new entities will be created:

1. Scripted import of existing BAtlas data

2. Through Plone content interface, just like standard content types

3. Through a single, specialized Plone form interface

4. Interchange-format document import through Plone

5. HTTP PUT of an interchange-format document
